The following video shows two news casts from consecutive days broadcast on channel 10 KTEN News in Oklahoma in 2011.  At around the 5:00 mark it includes a  conversation with a retired U.S. Forest Ranger who acknowledges the official statement from the U.S. Forest Service is that sasquatches don't exist, and he adds the government says they don't exist either, but he also adds he doesn't try to sell that to anybody because he knows they are real.  He said, "we've studied them for years and know their habits pretty well; it's human like you know; one of their signs is to walk through the woods and break a sapling off about six or seven feet tall for their area.  They do kind of like what deer do, like elk do, they are territorial.  And also their rutting season is the the Fall, just like deer; we learned that too, and there's a lot of activity in late October/November."

In the previous video the park ranger talks about how the parks service officially says sasquatch does not exist.  At around the 3:00 minute mark on the following video a U.S. Park Ranger states she is not allowed to answer questions about sasquatch.  Are they attempting to suppress information about sasquatches?

My favorite part of the first video is that it has a wonderful soundtrack.  Very epic.

On a serious note, I have heard this story from several people in the forestry service.

Bottom line:  Officially, Sasquatch doesn't exist.  Unofficially, they exist and we have been studying them for decades.
